Refund & Return Policy

This policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled by Drynuts.

Return Eligibility

• Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
• Perishable or consumable items are not eligible for return once opened.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund based on verification.

Refund Timeline

• Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after inspection.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer/UPI.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
